The company employs highly experienced investigators that provide Automobile, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Fraud, and Surveillance investigative services statewide. There are no entry level investigators working for JDW, only hand-picked investigators with prior experience in the insurance industry or law-enforcement community.

Our programs have proven that providing Liability, AOE/COE, Surveillance, Subrogation, and Apportionment investigations to our client accentuates a higher level of identifying potentially fraudulent/abusive claims. If surveillance is deemed necessary, we work directly with the examiners and management to conduct the services around key or significant claim activity.

Anti-Fraud and Special Investigation Program - Our company specializes in establishing proactive anti-fraud programs for insurers, third-party administrators and self-administered claim operations. Our company believes a strategic plan for basic claim investigations, as well as premium compliance issues, starts the fraud awareness process. We will provide guidance on your Annual Anti-Fraud Compliance Report (if required) along with procedures, organization and staffing, education and training, communication, and reporting. We have a specific unit, which coordinates investigative assignments for clients, insuring the work product is completed in a timely manner, and offers a value to the claim process.
Information Systems - JDW utilizes a sophisticated web-enabled Case Management System (CMS), which tracks all components of an investigative assignment and produces automated reports based on the client’s specific needs and/or statutory requirements. Additionally, the system allows the client “real time” access via the internet to review their assigned investigations at any time.
