J.D. WESSON & ASSOCIATES, INC. is a professional training and consulting company, founded in 1990 by Jim Wesson.
The company was developed in response to a growing demand from public agencies in Northern California to have Mr. Wesson present his popular and motivating seminar, "Tactical
Communications" to their staff.
Mr. Wesson initially offered this course only to law enforcement personnel, through the local Law Enforcement Training Center.
As word of his success with this course began to spread, he started receiving requests to provide the training for other public service organizations. Realizing the significant challenges encountered by all public service professionals who deal with belligerent people on a daily basis, Mr. Wesson began to offer his training to all public agencies.
From this beginning, J.D. WESSON & ASSOCIATES, INC. has grown over the past
eleven years into a nationally recognized organization, which provides quality training to Public Service Organizations focusing on:
