Jim Wesson, CEO

Jim Wesson has over 35 years of investigative experience, which includes 21 years of law enforcement, consulting, and training experience. Upon retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Wesson was hired by Wausau Insurance Companies as a multi-line field adjuster/investigator. He was quickly promoted to supervisor of the Western Division field investigations staff and SIU personnel. The success of the program was recognized by the Wausau Home Office; Mr. Wesson was promoted to Director and was responsible for establishing a nationwide SIU and claim investigations program. He managed the SIU program until leaving and starting his own company.

Dale Banda is a former Deputy Commissioner with the California Department of Insurance (CDI) Enforcement Branch. Mr. Banda has over 37 years of investigative experience, which includes 28 years with law enforcement, 20 years of supervision/management, and 8 years at the executive level with CDI. As a Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Banda had oversight of all criminal/regulatory investigative activities involving the Fraud and Investigation Divisions, which included six major statewide law enforcement programs: Automobile, Organized Automobile Insurance Fraud Activity Interdiction, Workers’ Compensation, Property/Casualty/Life, Disability/Healthcare, and Senior Abuse. Additionally, he oversaw all local assistance district attorney programs, and made grant funding recommendations to the Insurance Commissioner. Mr. Banda has extensive knowledge of California insurance regulations and statues, specifically in the area of Special Investigative Unit and investigative operations.
